I finished a batch of Reaper elves. These are all over the place in sculpting style. Big heads, little heads, taller, shorter, different body proportions. In the end I like some better than others and will probably not keep all of them. Also, I think using flesh wash over everything may have been a mistake, but I am not thrilled about going back over everything. It was a lot of figures to paint at one time as it was.

Elves, Dwarves and Bears
These 2 wood elves are from Reaper. Maybe not clear from the angle, but the male elf is getting ready to fire a bow. The female has a lute strapped to her back.
A family of grizzly bears from Foundry.
Some chests from Super Dungeon Explore. I thought these could be useful in a variety of games, as background terrain "scatter" or as objectives.
More dwarves from Iron Mask Miniatures. Pikemen, and the first of the dwarves with muskets (the muskets have longer barrels, but they seemed too long to load so I cut them short).

Assorted Miniatures
I finished off a few assorted fantasy miniatures.
An old GW halfling and a Reaper elf
And some snow goons from Reaper. When I placed an order with them in December the snow goons were included free as the "perk" for ordering that day. Reaper was doing a sort of "12 days of Christmas" promotion where they included a free figure or so depending on which day you placed your order.

An owlbear and a mimic from Otherworld Miniatures, which seems to have good range of 25-28mm miniatures that hark back to some of the old artwork for D&D. I like the style of the figures. Otherworld's service was good, too. They added in a few figures I hadn't ordered, at no extra cost.
I also have some kobolds from Otherworld. The kobolds look great, but they are small figures, about halfling size, and many of them come with separate hands or arms that I haven't been able to attach solidly yet. I wish they were all cast in one piece. I dislike trying to assmble small figures.

A Few Assorted Miniatures
I'm slowly getting some miniature painting done (and reducing the lead pile a bit), and hope to pick up the pace a little as the long hot Summer slowly cools down. For now, here are a couple of archers (old Citadel/GW figures, I think), an elf (from the Celtos line) and a fox (painted to be more dog-like) from Reaper, and some GW lizardmen.
(The lizardman with the blowgun is more than a bit tipsy, having a tendency to fall forward all too often. I need to find a way to help counter-balance that with something to add weight to to far side of the base.)
